This paper shows the design and simulation of 60 GHz transmitter. The 60 GHz carrier frequency has the ability to accommodate high-throughput wireless communications. The Federal Communication (FCC) allocates 57-66 GHz for unlicensed operation. This paper focuses on designing and simulation of 60 GHz Transmitter using Advanced Design Systems (ADS) tool.The unique characteristics are made possible to have excellent immunity to interference, high security, and frequency re-use. . This transmitter operating at 60 GHz with data rates up to 1Gbit/s and QAM. The design exhibits a very low noise figure of 19.24 dB only at transmitter side.
